DEEP DIVE
5–12 June 2027 | La Serranía, Mallorca
A transformative immersion into all dimensions of yoga
Movement · Breath · Meditation · Philosophy · Mantra · Bhakti · Deep Rest
For yoga lovers, practitioners and teachers who want to go deeper.
From the freshness of spring to the warmth of summer - a week to cleanse, release, recharge and awaken your inner light.
The Deep Dive is for those who love yoga and wish they had more time for it.
More time to practise. To explore. To breathe. To meditate. To ask questions. To go beyond asana and experience yoga in its many dimensions - without having to squeeze it into an hour before the rest of life begins.
We move between strong morning practices and deeper explorations of asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, mantra and Bhakti. There is time to challenge yourself and time to soften. Time together, time alone, and plenty of space for rest, beautiful food, nature and simply being.
Whether you are a teacher looking for fresh inspiration, a practitioner wanting to deepen your practice, or simply someone who loves yoga and wants to experience more of it, you are welcome.
You don't need to be advanced. You need to be curious and willing to practise.
Here we will have the rare luxury of time - enough of it to explore what yoga can offer when you don't have to rush away from the mat.
A week to leave you feeling clearer, stronger, more grounded, deeply nourished, inspired - and very much alive.
You are invited
Over the years, this retreat at La Serranía has naturally become something very special to me. It has become my signature retreat.
Partly because of the place itself. Partly because we have seven full days together. And partly because La Serranía gives us something I rarely have anywhere else: the freedom to truly go deep.
The entire retreat centre is ours. No outside guests, no hotel schedules, no need to squeeze the practice into predetermined time slots. We have time.
Time to let a morning practice unfold for three hours. To explore something properly rather than touching the surface and moving on. To practise, ask questions, experiment and return to things throughout the week.
And because yoga is so much more than asana, we'll explore it in all its dimensions - movement, breath, meditation, philosophy, mantra, Bhakti, stillness and deep rest.
There will be strong practices and softer ones, plenty of inspiration - and generous time in between to rest, swim, read, go to the beach or simply do nothing.
This is not a seven-day yoga holiday.
It is The Deep Dive - seven days to immerse yourself in a practice you already love and discover more of what it has to offer. If you've ever left a retreat wishing for more depth, more variety, more teaching or simply more time to practise, this one is intentionally different.
There is plenty to dive into. And plenty of space to let it all settle.
La Serranía, Mallorca
La Serranía lies in the foothills of Mallorca's Serra de Tramuntana, surrounded by oak woods, olive groves, limestone and Mediterranean landscape.
It feels secluded without feeling cut off. Beautiful without feeling formal. And once you arrive, there is very little reason to leave unless the sea calls you.
The entire centre is ours for the week, which means the rhythm of the retreat can be shaped around the practice and the group rather than around a hotel timetable.
The retreat has nine spacious bedrooms spread across the main house and several garden buildings. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom and private terrace or balcony. There is a peaceful swimming pool hidden in the gardens, large communal terraces, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, and a dedicated yoga shala surrounded by nature.
Some afternoons are made for the pool. Some for a massage or a long nap. Some for a drive to one of the nearby beaches. And some simply for staying exactly where you are.
THE SPACE
THE PRACTICE
Strong foundations. Deep explorations.
MORNING PRACTICE
Mornings begin in silence and gradually unfold through Pranayama, Meditation and an extended dynamic Asana practice.
Approximately 07:30–11:00.
These are strong, steady and spacious sessions.
We have time to prepare the body thoroughly, build strength and mobility, refine alignment, explore postures in more detail, work with breath and sometimes investigate more challenging variations where appropriate.
And because we are not watching the clock every 60 minutes, there is also time to pause. To ask. To repeat. To notice. To understand.
The morning practice becomes much more than a sequence of postures.
It becomes an exploration.
MORNING SILENCE
From waking until the end of the morning practice, we keep silence.
A gentle invitation to stay with yourself before stepping into conversation and the social part of the day.
Tea.
Breath.
Nature.
Practice.
And then brunch.
It is simple, but it changes the quality of the morning completely.
AFTERNOON PRACTICE
Our afternoon practices are softer, more varied and often more exploratory.
Depending on the day, they may include:
Restorative Hatha
Yin Yoga
Pranayama
Yoga Nidra
Meditation
Alignment and technique
Philosophy
Self-inquiry
Mantra or chanting
Sometimes the afternoon builds directly on something we explored in the morning.
Sometimes it offers the complete opposite.
Strong mornings.
Soft landings.
Space to integrate.
PLANT-BASED NOURISHMENT
After the long morning practice, we gather for a generous vegetarian brunch.
Dinner is served later in the evening, often outside on the terrace when the weather allows. The food is fresh, nourishing and predominantly plant-based, and the entire week is alcohol-free.
Tea and fruit are available before morning practice for anyone who prefers something light beforehand. The previous retreat format also included vegetarian and vegan meals with brunch and dinner served communally.
And there is something particularly lovely about spending a week where you simply arrive at the table and somebody else has taken care of the rest.
EVENING RITUALS
Many evenings, our practice continues after dinner.
Not every evening will look the same.
There may be meditation.
Chanting.
Yoga Nidra.
Mantra.
Satsang.
Music.
Quiet ritual.
Or simply time together.
CEREMONY AND SOUND
We will also share a cacao ceremony and a sound journey, with a few additional experiences left intentionally open.
Not everything needs to be known in advance.

There is nothing you need to “prepare” for before the retreat.
Think of it simply as a way to become familiar with my teaching and begin connecting with the practice before we meet in Mallorca.
DEEP IMMERSION AND INTEGRATION
(optional)
A retreat can create a very particular kind of clarity.
You practise every day. You sleep differently. You eat differently. You have more silence. More space. Less noise.
And sometimes, in that space, you begin to notice things more clearly.
What you want more of. What you want less of. What feels aligned. What no longer does.
For anyone who wants to continue exploring what emerges during the retreat, there is the possibility to extend the experience into Deep Immersion.
A longer container combining yoga, coaching, personalised practices and integration into everyday life.
The retreat stands entirely on its own. There is no obligation to continue.
But if the week opens something that you would like to stay with, the path is there.
Weeks 1 to 4 · Integration
Land, process, and hold the retreat energy while returning to daily life.
Weeks 5 to 8 · Deepening
Go further with practices, personal support, and 1:1 sessions focused on what is shifting.
Weeks 9 to 12 · Embodiment
Integrate the practice into your real life as a permanent, supported way of being.
For nearly two decades, I have explored yoga not only as a physical discipline, but as a lifelong practice of self-inquiry, resilience and transformation.
Years of dedicated study in India and continuous practice have shaped my teaching, which is deeply rooted in tradition while remaining warm, accessible and very human. I teach strong, intentional practices that balance discipline with softness.
Through Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Yin and Yoga Nidra, I guide students beyond the physical practice into a deeper relationship with themselves.
La Serranía has become the place where I can bring all of these elements together most fully.
The long mornings. The quieter practices. The deeper explorations. The conversations. The rituals.
The moments of stillness.
And the freedom to respond to the group rather than teaching according to a rigid schedule.
That is why this retreat has become so close to my heart.

More Than a Retreat
A week to live the practice
There is something different about spending seven days together.
Long enough to really arrive.
Long enough for the group to stop feeling like a group of strangers.
Long enough for conversations to deepen naturally.
Long enough to laugh together, eat together, practise together and also become completely comfortable disappearing on your own for an afternoon.
Long enough for the practice itself to change.
What felt unfamiliar on Sunday may feel completely natural by Thursday.
Something you struggled with on Monday may suddenly make sense later in the week.
And sometimes the most important thing that happens has nothing to do with a posture at all.
This retreat is about the fullness of yoga.
Strength and softness.
Practice and rest.
Depth and lightness.
Community and solitude.
Movement and stillness.
Seven days to immerse yourself.
To learn. To explore. To recharge.
And to leave with a renewed connection to your own energy, your practice and yourself.
