Something in you already senses it's time.

Deep Immersion Group

A twelve-week group coaching and embodied integration programme for people who sense that something needs to change - and want the space, guidance and shared rhythm to understand what's asking for their attention, and begin living differently.

Begins: Tuesday, 5 January 2027

Tuesday evenings: 19:00-20:30 CET

Up to 33 places

THE INVITATION

What twelve weeks can open up

01

Hear yourself again.

Underneath the noise of responsibility, expectation and everyone else's needs, there's a quieter voice that's yours. This work creates enough space to hear it.

02

Understand what keeps pulling you back.

The patterns that repeat aren't random. Once you can see them clearly - with curiosity rather than judgement - they lose some of their grip.

03

Practise living differently.

Awareness on its own doesn't change a life. This is where insight turns into an actual choice, response or small shift you can carry into an ordinary Tuesday.

You're probably capable in most of the ways that count

You've read the books. You've had the reflective conversation with yourself more than once. You may already practise yoga, or have tried other ways of working on yourself. None of that is missing.

What tends to happen is this: a moment of real clarity arrives - in a class, a conversation, a quiet morning - and then ordinary life returns. Work. People who need things from you. The same old reflex, back before you've noticed it's there.

You may already sense that something needs to change, even if you can't yet name exactly what that change should look like. Deep Immersion Group gives you the space, guidance and continuity to listen more closely, understand what is asking for your attention, and allow a different way of living to begin taking root.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU

So if you are someone…

whose life looks good, or at least functional, but doesn't quite feel right from the inside

carrying so much for other people that your own voice has become hard to hear

moving through a transition without a clear map for what comes next

who keeps understanding your patterns and still repeats them the moment life gets loud

who wants to make a change without becoming hard, impulsive or reckless about it

longing for more steadiness, honesty or trust in yourself

If any of that sounds familiar, you're exactly who this was built for.

  • “I noticed that I was much calmer and clearer. Normally I would say something and question it again a second later. This time, there was a calm inside me.”

    Deep Immersion client

  • “I took the pressure off myself. I realised I have time. I don't have to perform, pass a test or do the process perfectly.”

    Deep Immersion client

  • “I realised that saying yes to them had become saying no to myself.”

Under the surface

Here's what's usually actually going on underneath: autopilot.

The old pattern getting stronger exactly when life is most demanding, not less. Carrying responsibility for people around you while your own needs quietly move to the back of the queue. Fear of making the wrong decision. A running commentary of self-criticism that rarely lets up.

You try to think your way out of something that also lives in the body - and thinking alone was never going to be enough for that.

None of this means you're broken. The old response probably protected you once, in circumstances where it made sense. Awareness matters, but awareness needs time, practice and real support to become something you actually live by, rather than something you simply understand.

The movement

What can begin to shift

Where you may be now

Saying yes automatically

Thoughts pulling in opposite directions

Reacting before you've noticed

A moment of insight that fades by the next class or conversation

Carrying everything privately

What can begin to change

Pausing long enough to hear your own answer first

More clarity about what's actually true right now

Recognising what's happening before you choose a response

A practice for returning to it, in real life

Being supported without handing over your own agency

What may be holding you back

“I should be able to work this out myself.”

You might. Support doesn't mean you can't. It means you don't have to do it alone.

“I don't know exactly what I need to change.”

You don't need to arrive with the answer already worked out. That's part of what this space is for.

“My situation feels too personal for a group.”

You choose what you share, and you can always pass. Nobody is required to disclose anything.

“I'm not a yogi.”

No previous yoga or coaching experience is needed. Everything is introduced as you go.

“I don't have time for another demanding programme.”

This isn't built to compete with your life. It's built to support it - including on the weeks that don't go to plan.

“What if I miss a session?”

Missing one doesn't mean falling out of the process. The rhythm is designed for real, imperfect participation.

“Can a group really help when everyone's dealing with something different?”

The surface situations differ. The underlying process - of hearing yourself more clearly and practising a different response - is shared.

What becomes possible

Twelve weeks gives the process enough time to unfold inside your real life - not only to recognise what needs attention, but to practise a different response, meet the patterns that return, and allow meaningful change to take root.

Picture pausing before you say yes automatically, instead of noticing afterwards that you didn't mean it.

Picture naming a need out loud, and not immediately taking it back.

Picture noticing fear arrive in a decision, without letting it make the decision for you.

Picture a difficult conversation you handle with more steadiness than you expected from yourself.

Picture catching perfectionism mid-sentence, before it turns an ordinary task into unnecessary pressure.

None of that requires a perfect life. It requires knowing how to return to yourself, again and again, in the middle of the one you already have.

Why Deep Immersion exists

Deep Immersion did not begin as a business idea.

It grew from my own experience of moving through change - and from understanding that I could not always change what was happening around me. I could change the way I showed up within it.

That experience confirmed something yoga had been teaching me for almost twenty years: real change does not come from someone telling us what to do. It begins when we create enough space to see ourselves clearly - and receive enough support to begin living differently.

Natalija

Introducing

Deep Immersion Group

A twelve-week, cohort-based group coaching and embodied integration experience, open to everyone. It brings together live coaching, group reflection, yoga, breath, rest and a community, all in service of one shared process - even though each person in it is meeting something different.

It isn't a library of content to work through alone. It isn't therapy. It isn't a rigid curriculum where everyone reaches the same milestone on the same week. And it isn't a lighter or lesser version of anything else Natalija offers - it's its own way of doing this work.

Not by giving you another list of things you should do. By creating enough space, structure and support for you to see more clearly, practise differently, and notice what begins to change in the life you are already living.

Four phases across twelve weeks

This is a shared arc, not a rigid curriculum - different people move through it at their own pace.

PHASE 1: Weeks 1-3

Coming Back to Yourself

Slowing down enough to actually listen. You take honest stock of where things stand, notice what is asking for attention and identify the one central focus that will guide your twelve weeks.

PHASE 2: Weeks 4-6

What Keeps You Stuck

Exploring the beliefs, habits and protective patterns that may once have served you and now limit your movement - with curiosity rather than judgement.

PHASE 3: Weeks 7-9

Choosing and Practising Something Different

Opening up new possibilities, reconnecting with your own needs and voice. Practising different responses in real situations not just in theory.

PHASE 4: Weeks 10-12

Begin Living
the Change

Strengthening what's emerging, meeting old patterns when they return without treating that as failure, and integrating the work into the life you're actually living.

What's included

  • 10 live 90-minute sessions across the 12-week container - arrival and embodied practice, reflection on the week's theme, live coaching and group reflection with optional hot seats, and integration and closing.

  • Two integration weeks within the twelve, giving the process room to settle and giving space for real life.

  • Two weekly opportunities to practise with Natalija. These are an invitation, not another requirement, and you do not need an existing yoga practice. If you attend only one, the Sunday Deep Immersion practice is especially supportive: a nurturing space for movement, breath, deep rest and renewed clarity. When a live class cannot take place, a carefully chosen recording will be available instead.

  • A private Circle community for your cohort - connect with the group, access session summaries and practices, share reflections, and stay close to the process between sessions.

  • Session teaching, reflection and practice made available wherever possible. Confidential coaching may be paused or removed from recordings. A clear written summary helps you stay connected while the group's privacy is protected.

  • No previous yoga or coaching experience required.

The power of a group

Change is difficult to sustain when it's left to willpower alone.

A shared rhythm gives you somewhere to return - to reflect, practise, be supported, and begin again when everyday life takes over.

There's something powerful about recognising yourself in another person's question. In a carefully held group, you're supported through your own process while also discovering perspectives you may never have reached alone.

You choose what you share. Your process remains your own. But you're surrounded by people who are also making space for something to change - and that shared rhythm can help the work take root.

Deep Immersion Group is held by a clear group agreement. What's shared personally stays within the group. You decide what you wish to share, you may always pass, and members are asked to listen respectfully without advising, fixing or carrying another person's story outside the space.

About Natalija

Almost twenty years ago, I began practising yoga in India. What started as a physical practice reached me on levels that advice, books or people telling me what to do never could.

I came to professional coaching training later - not because I had a business idea, but because I was living through a separation, and communication at home had become difficult. I couldn't change the other people involved. I could change how I showed up. As I worked with that, the energy between us shifted, and conversations that had felt impossible started to soften.

That confirmed something yoga had already been teaching me: real change doesn't come from someone telling us what to do. It begins when we create enough space to see ourselves clearly.

Today I bring almost twenty years of yoga practice, more than ten years of teaching, professional coaching training and certification, and my own lived experience of motherhood, business, relationships, relocation and reinvention into this work. I'm not someone who has arrived at a finished version of herself. I'm someone who has practised change, more than once, and kept practising it.

FAQ

Why now

This is the founding cohort - a genuine first edition, with a real start date and real limited capacity.

Founding members receive an introductory rate because their experience and feedback help shape the cohorts that follow.

Waiting doesn't cost you anything dramatic. It simply means continuing to carry the same questions a while longer, without the structure that could help you start meeting them differently.

What if twelve weeks were enough to stop circling the same questions alone - and begin creating a different relationship with yourself, inside the life you're already living?
