A little bit about me
A practice of almost twenty years
I'm Natalija. Almost twenty years on the path, and still a student.
I teach asana, breath, and meditation - woven together slowly, with attention to how the body actually settles.
I lead retreats in Mallorca and teach weekly in Mallorca and Zürich, in-studio and online.
I also work one-to-one: mentoring yoga teachers, and coaching those who come for the everyday-work: family, sleep, stress - and stay for the deeper shift.
